Most orders ship same day if placed before 2pm PST. However, please allow up to 48 hours before checking on your order as we may be waiting for an item to return to stock. If you order will not ship within the 48 hour time frame you will be notified by email of the delay and be given an expected ship by date.
HOW DO I CHECK ON THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

ONCE SHIPPED WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Most domestic orders are shipped USPS priority mail with standard delivery in 2-3 days in the contiguous U.S. However, depending on shipment cost some orders may be shipped UPS ground with a slightly longer delivery time. Your shipment tracking information will be sent with your shipment confirmation.
DO WE SHIP INTERNATIONAL?
Yes we do! If your country is not an option let us know and we will add it.
We also have a special shipping rates for our friends to the North.
We are very excited to announce we now have a way for you to prepay your duties and taxes at a low flat fee. Our low flat fee covers all taxes free and clear including duties and value added taxes (VAT).
This will allow you to receive our products without the enormous taxes and duties that usually accompany purchasing product from the US and... it's prepaid so it will just get dropped off at your specified shipping address. The fee of $6.95 will be included in your shipping costs upon checkout up to 4 lbs, above 4 lbs there will be a $13.90 flat fee. After checking out there is nothing special to do on your side.
We want you to be completely satisfied with any purchase you make from us. If there is a problem with an item please return within 30 days from the date of purchase and we will gladly issue you a refund or exchange your item.
Merchandise returned within 30 days and in new, unwashed condition may be returned for a full refund or exchanged for another product.
After 30 days, all returns must be approved by customer service. All approved returns after 30 days will result in a store credit for the original purchase price.

Please send an email noting items you wish to return and the sizes you would like to exchange for to firstname.lastname@example.org. That way we can hold those items for you in case of low stock. Or we will let you know if they are out of stock completely.
