ORV Shirt of the Month Club FAQ
- How do I contact customer service about my order?   Please email info@offroadvixens.com or give us a call at 509-368-9132.
- Do I get to choose my shirt?   No, you do not. The ORV shirt of the month is an exclusive surprise shirt chosen and designed by Off-Road Vixens.Â
- Can I get a previous months shirt?   No. The only way to get that months design is to have an active subscription by the 25th of the month.Â
- Can I return or exchange my shirt?   Unfortunately no. We will however, replace any damaged, defective or incorrect items. Otherwise all sales are final.Â
- How do I cancel my membership?   We would hate to see you go but understand things come up or change. You can log into your Off-Road Vixens Account HERE using the email associated with your subscription. You can also email us at info@offroadvixens.com. You MUST cancel by the 25th of the month to not be charged for that month.Â
- What if my shirt doesn't fit?   Unfortunately we do not have extras made of each design so we are unable to exchange or accept returns. You can however, update your size for the next month by logging into your account.
