Merchandise returned within 30 days and in new, unwashed condition may be returned for a full refund or exchanged for another product. Returns after 30 days will result in a store credit for the original purchase price.
Unfortunately customized items are not eligible for exchange/refunds unless there is a problem on our part. (Defect in item, misspelled customization etc.)
