So I ordered a personalized hoodie and it came with the pocket ripped, you know stuff happens. I emailed them to let them know and they sent a brand new one. Hoodie is warm and it fits great. I have gotten so many compliments on it so far and I couldn’t be happier with the product and the customer service.
This hoody is so comfortable and soft. It’s also thicker so helps keep you warm and I love that you can customize it on the back 😁
I was hoping for the price that the hoodies I ordered would be thick and high quality. They definitely seem on the thin side.
