Below we have layed out a fit guide for a better understanding of our fits and sizing to help in the ordering of the correct sized item. REGULAR FIT (Regular sizing XS-2XL) |
| Our Regular fit features clothing that is made slightly smaller, slimmer and with more of a silhouette than our other categories. Most customers fit in this range however some may prefer to size up for a less fitted silhouette. Often referred to it as a "juniors cut" |

LADIES FIT (Ladies Sizing XS-2XL) |
| Ladies Fit - Ladies Fit is a slightly larger, looser cut than our regular style but still very stylish. There are a wide range of sizes in this fit ranging from XS-2XL. Most customers can also wear this fit but may prefer to gown down a size for the right fit if you normally wear our regular fit. |

Shipping Policy
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Most orders ship same day if placed before 2pm PST. However, please allow up to 72 hours before checking on your order as we may be waiting for an item to return to stock. If you order will not ship within the 72 hour time frame you will be notified by email of the delay and be given an expected ship by date.
**Customized orders take up to 5 business days to complete. **
HOW DO I CHECK ON THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order ships you will receive a shipment confirmation in the form of an email and/or a text message. If you have not received a notification past 72 hours please don't hesitate to reach out to us at info@offroadvixens.com
ONCE SHIPPED WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Economy shipping is $9.95 and takes 5-8 business days for delivery. Free shipping orders are sent Economy. You may upgrade your shipping option to Standard if that works better for you.
Standard shipping is $11.95 and orders are shipped USPS priority mail with standard delivery in 2-3 days in the contiguous U.S. Your shipment tracking information will be sent with your shipment confirmation.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE SAYS DELIVERED BUT I DON'T HAVE IT?
Unfortunately we have no control over your package once it leaves our warehouse. If we could personally deliver all your precious packages we would! That being said it does occasionally happen that the Post Office makes a mistake or some less than honest person helps themselves to your recently delivered package.
So what can you do?
- Check in and around up and down and with your neighbors to see if your package was misdelivered close to home. 9 times out of 10 the mail person just delivers to the wrong house in your neighborhood.
- Submit an online Missing Mail Help Request form or contact your local Post Office to help locate your missing item.
- If you have submitted your missing mail request form and you are still unable to locate your package after 7 business days please email us at info@offroadvixens.com and we be happy to work with you to find a resolution.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL?
Yes we do! If your country is not an option let us know and we will add it.
We also have a special shipping rates for our friends to the North.
Canadian Customers:
We are very excited to announce we now have a way for you to prepay your duties and taxes at a low flat fee. Our low flat fee covers all taxes free and clear including duties and value added taxes (VAT).
This will allow you to receive our products without the enormous taxes and duties that usually accompany purchasing product from the US and... it's prepaid so it will just get dropped off at your specified shipping address. The fee of $6.95 will be included in your shipping costs upon checkout up to 4 lbs, above 4 lbs there will be a $13.90 flat fee. After checking out there is nothing special to do on your side.
